Dash was started because mortgage broking, at most places, has stopped feeling like advice and started feeling like sales. We’re the opposite of that.

Every loan we write has a person on the other end of it. A first home, a second baby, an investment property that pays for the kids’ school fees, a refinance that quietly saves six figures over the next twenty years. Our job is to make sure the loan does the thing it’s supposed to do, for you, for as long as you have it.
That means we’re slow when slow is right (a structuring conversation usually pays for itself ten times over) and fast when fast matters (settlement deadlines don’t move because we’re “still working on it”). It means we ask the boring questions before the exciting ones. And it means we’ll tell you when we’re not the right people to help. There are loans we don’t write, and we’d rather say so up front.

Most people who’ve worked with him describe the experience the same way. It “didn’t feel like a transaction”. That’s deliberate. Refinancing, buying your first place or restructuring a property portfolio, you’ll have the same human walking you through every step.
How we work
A loan is a thirty-year relationship.
The settlement is the start, not the end. We check in annually, re-quote when rates shift, and refinance again if it makes sense. The economics work for everyone.
Numbers first, sales second.
We show you the maths before the pitch. The tools on this site are the same ones we use ourselves with clients. If the numbers don’t make a case, the pitch doesn’t get made.
Push a loan that doesn’t fit.
Some products look good on paper and bad in practice. Some borrowers should stay where they are. We say so, even when there’s commission left on the table.
