Your loan

Market average, indicative owner-occupier variable rate.

Rate check

See where your rate sits against the market.

The market average is indicative and is not a rate offered by Dash Money Solutions. This is general information, not a quote or credit advice.

How this works

We take the repayment on your balance at your rate, then the repayment on the same balance at the market average, over the same number of years. The difference is the monthly figure you see. Nothing is stored and nothing is sent anywhere.

What it assumes
  • Principal and interest repayments, paid monthly.
  • The market average is an indicative owner-occupier variable rate, updated monthly. It is an average. It is not the lowest rate available and it is not a rate we advertise.
  • Fees, offset balances and any fixed-rate break costs are left out.
