Question 1 of 6

Six quick questions.

General information only. The result does not consider your personal circumstances and is not credit advice.

How this works

Each answer adds points for things that tend to make a review worthwhile, such as an older loan, a rate that has not been looked at lately, or a fixed term about to end. The total puts you in one of four bands. It is a rule of thumb, not an assessment of your finances.

What it assumes
  • No personal details are asked for and nothing is stored.
  • The result is general information. It does not consider your income, equity or credit history.
  • A low score does not mean you cannot do better, and a high score does not mean you will be approved.

Questions people ask

About as accurate as six questions can be. It is good at flagging loans that have been left alone too long. It cannot see your income, your equity or your lender’s retention offers, which is what the call is for.

Nothing. They stay in your browser and disappear when you close the page.

A quick annual check is worth having either way. If you are well placed, it takes ten minutes to confirm it.

Take these numbers to Anton.

The tools give you the rough picture. A 15-minute call gives you the actual one, and he will have your numbers in front of him.
